DH2.Net was the host of IvyTan.Ca. If I could give them an award, it would say best support.

• Support - I had a problem with server problem which affected my Wordpress and had contacted them. Not only did they respond immediately but they actually went out of their way to rectify the problem and explain every detail to me. I was so impressed with their support services!
• Price - 4$ per month 5GB Space, 300GB Transfer! That's uber-cheap though not as cheap as WebHostingBuzz. If you buy your domain along with a hostng package, your domain will only cost 2.95$ per year! However, it's majorly lacking in the perks department. Only 30 FTP Accounts, 30 Subdomains and 30 Databases. No Addon Domains. I left them because they don't allow addon domains. It's a shame.
• Speed - Pretty good however it took quite a while to login to Wordpress. No idea why.
• Downtime - None at all! And here's the proof: FindMyHosting and click on 'Reliability'.
• For Who? - Perfect for hardcore bloggers, small business and personal sites with a few hostees. Good plans, good prices as long as you don't need to host more than 1 domain and a few sites.
