WebHostingBuzz is currently hosting IvyTan.Net. This host has the best value amongst all the companies I've hosted with.

• Price - Too cheap! I pay 2.25$ per month for the now-defunct Bronze Plan. I get 5GB Space, 100GB Transfer & Unlimited Databases, Sub-Domains, FTP Accounts, Email Addresses.
• Speed - Not as fast as Crucial Paradigm better than average.
• Start-Up - wasn't immediate; it took a few hours. Their website said 6 hours max.
• Support - They have a forum, ticket service and live chat. So I've only used their ticket service and they replied within 3 hours.
• Uptime - I'm hosted on the Alpha server and I haven't had any downtime since December 2006. They post their monthly uptime on their company blog, as well as the forums.
• For Who? - Perfect for everyone. Their cheap prices are probably the result of some overselling. This could potentially make their servers unstable if let's say all the sites on the servers were to use up all their bandwidth at the same time. (BTW, this never happens) However, if you're not a risk-taker, you may opt for their Semi-Dedicated plan for 35$ per month you get 10GB Space, 100GB Bandwidth and they will put you on a server where there are only 40 semi-dedicated accounts.
• Recommended? - Hell YES! 2.25$ per month; 100% Uptime!
